1. Return Eligibility Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To maintain the hygiene and quality standards of our brand, all returned items must meet the following criteria:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.

The product must be free from any odors, stains, or signs of wear (e.g., deodorant marks, makeup, or perfume).
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure fairness and health standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Final Sale/Clearance: Items purchased during a “Final Sale” event or from the clearance section.

Customized Apparel: Any products tailored or personalized specifically for you.

Intimates/Basics: For hygiene reasons, certain base-layer items may be restricted (please check the specific product page).
Note: As we do not offer gift cards, this policy applies strictly to physical merchandise purchases.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Approval: Once our team reviews your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the appropriate return shipping address.

Shipping: Pack the items securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zentra Wears is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/style was sent due to our error. If you need a different size or color of an item in perfect condition, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order to ensure the item does not sell out in the meantime.
6. Damaged or Defective Goods
Quality is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you at no additional cost.
7. International Shipping & Returns
Currently, we only serve domestic customers. International shipping is coming soon! Please note that once we expand globally, different return window periods and shipping fees may apply to international orders.
