  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take 3–5 business days to process.

  • We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.
  • Same-day delivery is available in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
  • We do not ship to remote or restricted areas where courier access is limited.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
  • You can also track your order anytime via the “Track My Order” page.

  • All items are securely packed using eco-friendly and tamper-proof materials.
  • Fragile or premium items are double-packed for added protection.
